The Jackson College Men's Basketball team opened the 2023-24 basketball season at home Saturday against the Spring Arbor JV. The Jets started the game on a 15-2 run and never looked back cruising to a 79-53 victory. Hot shooting sophomore Brayden Pearson (Ft Wayne, IN / Concordia Lutheran HS) was a perfect 8 for 8 from the floor while scoring 16 points and grabbing 6 rebounds. Sophomore Antonio King (Southfield, MI / Southfield A&T) led the scoring with 22 points and 9 rebounds. Freshman Savonn Campbell (Jackson, MI / Jackson HS) had 5 points and 10 rebounds and 3 assists in his first college game.

The Jets are back on the court Wednesday at home to take on Albion College JV. Game time 6:30pm.
