Jackson College athletics will host several summer sports camps for young people this summer.
Summer sports camps combine fun with age-appropriate fitness, learning and social opportunities. This season's camps include:
Girls Softball Camp
- Girls ages 8-12, June 21 & 22, 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Learn fundamental softball skills, cost $60.
- Girls ages 13-18, June 21 & 22, 12 noon to 3 p.m. Learn fundamental and advanced softball skills, cost $60.
Boys Baseball Camp
- Boys ages 8-12, June 23 & 24, 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Learn fundamental baseball skills, cost $60.
- Boys ages 13-18, June 23 & 24, 12 noon to 3 p.m. Learn fundamental and advanced baseball skills, cost $60.
Youth Soccer Camp
- Rising Stars Camp, boys & girls ages 6-12, June 23-26, 9-11:30 a.m. Learn and practice fundamental soccer skills, cost $40.
- Elite Player Camp, boys & girls ages 13-18, June 23-26, 6-8:30 p.m. Learn and develop fundamental skills and practice in game play, cost $40.
Girls Volleyball Camp
- All Skills Camp, girls ages 10-18, June 26 & 27, 9 a.m. to 12 noon. Learn volleyball skills with training and game play, cost $60.
- Hitters Clinic, girls ages 10-18, June 26 & 27, 1-3 p.m. Learn the mechanics of attacking and how to become a more productive hitter, cost $60.
